Change the oil frequently if his driving short trips. Maybe he can save the drained oil to use in the kuliglig?

The short tripping of the vehicle to me makes the case for using a thicker oil because there will be significant fuel accumulation in the oil.
Not that it in itself is a cause for alarm just that there is potential for a thinner oil film once the oil is diluted.

Kuliglig? I remember those, but he doesn't know anyone with those kind of tractors anymore.
