I dunno what they look like like because I only replaced the upper rings on mine. To replace the lower rings, you have to remove the entire (I dunno what to call it - the head? All that stuff above the block - camshafts etc.)

O.k there are two sets of rubber gaskets for the spark plug chambers, the first set is in between the valve cover and the top of the valves, you just remove the cover and there they are. The second set is a lot more difficult they are underneath the valves and the cam. you have to remove the cam and the entire valve mounting assembly to reach them, but usually those ones don't leak it is the upper ones that go. The difference between the two is the thickness of the rubber the top ones are really thin while the bottoms ones are thicker.

The F22A6 in my '93 SE Coupe produces 140HP @ 5700rpm. Nothing to recess the eyeballs, but it goes well at higher RPM's.
