'16 Pilot - Timing belt replacement questions

I know old thread but wanted everyone to know book time on these are 4.5 hours. I've done several and my best time was 6 hours. So for someone who hasn't done these and is not a professional tech I think you did a good job 👍. Most non techs would never even attempt this repair so right on!!!
Thanks! I’ve recently helped my buddy to replace TB on his ridgeline and it went a bit smoother, probably close to 8-9 hrs total

6 hours?! Are you working with a crescent wrench? 😂

Edit: I regularly see techs complete a timing belt package with spark plugs AND valve adjustment in under 5 hours.

Even I can complete a timing belt package on these vehicles with many breaks, on my driveway, in under 3 hours.

See I also have the advantage of having a lift, about 70k in tools, shop equipment plus 30 years of experience. I couldn't even imagine doing that repair without all these things. Let alone at home or in a driveway. Vehicles have changed so much. It used to be fun and easy. Now it is a pita 😔. My hats off to anyone who "likes" working on cars and anyone who attempts these borderline heavy line jobs who is not equipped with a shop
