I realize it is like anything in life, you have to work on it...and sometimes it's not easy!

Love the fact there are many with 20 or more years! It may have helped that my parents just celebrated their 46th anniversary. And boy do they have a good sense of humor...

Congrats!

X2! You come across as a genuinely positive guy with a good outlook on life, and I am sure your wife appreciates that.

Congrats!

Thank you guys! I try....there are times it is not easy-that is for sure. It's tough in the age of the 'net to try to sound real in a world where you can be what you want.

I just try to be me.

I try very hard to be positive...kinda my personality! I would be lying if I told you I did not have my dark moments. That's when you know your spouse has your back. We've both helped each other through rough times.

Besides, being positive and taking things a day at time tend to happen when life humbles you and nearly kills you (asthma)

While we do have our flaws here, we do have a great bunch of people....

Very true dave87rs. A good group of people on here. Like you said... a tough deal can give a lot of real perspective. The good thing is that you have the insight to see that.
