Figured with all the crazy and negative, I would throw in a positive one...

Today I am excited that my wife and I have been married for 15 years now. I can say while it never has been easy (we got married the weekend of 9/11), wouldn't change it for a thing. We still go out hold hands while we are out...something that has not really changed in over 20 years.

It's funny how I can look at my son and see my wife's stubbornness and my sense of humor....

It's never been easy, as we have watched many of our friends divorce over so many things. One thing I think that has helped-we never go to bed angry-things are always worked out!

Just have to work on that last thing so I can complete my masters and take even better care of my fam: finding that better job...seems to be that one alluding thing...and one thing my wife helps me keep me in the positive perpective......

Here's to many more years of happiness....

Congratulations!
My wife and I got married in June of the same year. As you said, it wasn't easy but here we are, 15 yrs later.

to the both of us!

Congrats!
YES, it's work and we have also watched friends & family divorce/remarry as many as 3X. I only want to do this ONCE! I have been married to the same beautiful girl for 36 years now and I too, wouldn't change a thing!

Congrats! I recently celebrated my 3rd year wedding anniversary. This is my only marriage and I'm 43 years old. First 2 years....very difficult, we almost divorced, but decided to make it work and our 3rd year has been our best so far. FYI, if we ever divorce, I will never marry again, lol.

Congratulations ! Going on 39 years here, wouldn't change a thing. We have had our share of tough times, but good things are worth fighting for.

Congrats. 43 years for us. Wouldn't change a thing. My parents who are both still living have been married for 77 years.

My first went to 21 years. Now in the second for 5 years. Kids in both. I blame the end of the first on that "Sex in the city" philosofy. Couldn't fix that woman anymore, kk...

Please tell me what a "Sex in the City" philosophy is.

I'm not saying this to stick it to you. It's too broad/vague a phrase to use without specification.

If you or your ex-wife actually WATCHED THAT BRAIN NUMBING TRASH I suggest you might be living an unfocused life based on sitting in front of the TV and you might be better off divorced. Kira

Sounds like we got some longevity it here. Sounds like everyone is at a happy point.Congratulations!! You sometimes have to go through your VW's to finally get your Porsche. Great news to hear.

Had to look at my wedding band (we engraved the date on the inside on both rings, so we'd never forget). Coming up on 14 years. My how time flies.

Congrats on 15 years. I haven't figured out what we'll do for 15 years. Maybe go out on a date WITHOUT KIDS. Boy would that be a change. Wouldn't know what to do with ourselves.

X2! You come across as a genuinely positive guy with a good outlook on life, and I am sure your wife appreciates that.

Congrats!
