I took advantage of a deal like this for a 10 pack of 8TB SATA hard drives a few years ago for $220, only one came. Walmart were unresponsive so I called chase. They then called Walmart on conference with me and suddenly Walmart were very keen to refund me AND let me keep the single hard drive

Walmart is happy to take them back. Half the time they refund your money and tell you to keep it if you initiate the return by phone. I doubt that was the posters complaint.

Over the phone, only option was in store return. No freebies. Even really chatted up the call center girl, couldn't even get a price adjustment. Did get to hear a funny story about a lady who ordered a frying pan for Christmas getting sent a little fake one for a child instead.

That is actually a good deal if you need it. Wish they would sell it in a high mileage formula
