I have 135 Honda 4 stroke outboard currently running 10w30 Rotella wanting to consolidate oils used, and currently running 5w40 Euro Castrol in pickup and wanting to use 5w40 Euro Castrol in outboard.
I know both have HTHS of at least 3.5 I was wondering if there was that much difference between the two for outboard?
I know little of the add packs but both are regarded highly on this site. Lowest temperature used 27..........28 degrees
Was unsure which forums to post since this covered outboards, hedo, and passenger oils This motor calls for 10w30 SJ oil
