I am running AMS Oil 0w-20 in my 07 Tundra. I switched over at 1,300 miles. The truck runs noticeably more quite when started on cold Ohio mornings. these truck are known to have a slight knocking when started in cold weather and I have not had this symptom since I switched to the AMS Oil,
Toyota recommends either 0w-20 or 5w-20 but recommends 0w in cold weather. AMS 0w-20 is approved for use in motors calling for 5w-20 as well.
