08 suzuki srx 4 transmission fluid exchange/filter

Guest came in requesting this service. I believed I was capable of handling but very little info or guides are available. They said since trans pan ran vertical we wouldn't do it. I was rather disappointed. Any info would be appreciated.

what is the average cost of a fluid filter exchange?

129 for fluid exchange and then 70 for the pan drop filter and gasket. Then 25 off for a donation to the mda so it would have been about 185
