03 Harley Davidson F150. Is this a good combo?

Ran Mobil 1 5W30 for 14,000 miles. From 12K to 14K a Full Q burned off. Truck does not see high loads. Changed oil to 5W30 M1 and 1 full bottle of Synpower oil treatment. Previous slight tick noise at idle is Gone. I swear its smoother. Oil pressure gauge is 1 section higher now. 500 miles and its used no oil so far. Engine takes 6 Q's in the 5.4ltr Super charged engine total. Truck has 42K on it. Thinking about testing the 14K mile M1 for fun. Will Tow 5600lbs long range. Manual and cap says to use 5/20 weight

14K??? Are you doing an UOA? M-1 should hold up fine for that long but u might want a little insurance.

normaly go 10k. Honestly. It was neglect. Truck is used lightly on highway. 10K should be fine. This time I ran over. For long intervals is this a good combo?

Mobi1-1 is an good oil for extended OCI's but you should be doing at least a couple UOA's to determen a proper OCI without harming your engine.
