    Supertech Dino 10W30, 2000 miles, 1997 Chrysler Concorde 3.5L V6

I've said before, I really don't think that any particular brand of SL rated dino oil is much better than another (in a regular passenger vehicle). Any differences in additive packages are minuscule, and they all have to pass the minimum SL requirements. As long as the OCI is reasonable and the...

    1990 HARLEY DRESSER

The filter very well could be the problem. I know there is an oil scavanging problem with Evo motors when folks would put on a filter meant for the new TC 88 motors. The filter for the TC 88 is a 10 micron filter, it created too much flow restriction, not allowing the pump to scavenge the oil in...

    1990 HARLEY DRESSER

Have you checked your crankcase breather? If your breather is obstructed, a lot of pressure builds up due to both pistons rising and falling at the same time (on Harleys, both connecting rods are on the same crank pin). That pressure rise and fall can blow oil out of a nomally good gasket.

    Owning Two Cows

I loved the Florida one. I hear in Florida, they are now using electronic voting booths. I remember when they tested them on Florida senior citizens to see if it confused them. The seniors said they liked them, but then stood around for ten minutes waiting for their money to come out.

I believe that it's a pesticide. If it is, you probably consume it on your salad.

    Joke (politically incorrect)

came in this morning. I have seen something like this in the past couple of years, but it is well done, and you might enjoy it again: On a beautiful deserted island in the middle of nowhere, the following people are stranded: Two Italian men and one Italian woman; Two French men and one...

    100k mile bikes...

In the April 2004 issue of American Iron Magazine, page 14, there is a small article on a guy who got 451,775 miles out of an 1988 FLHTC Electra Glide. He donated the bike, it's sidecar, and his extensive maintenance records to Harley Davidson. He wanted to get a full 500,000 miles out of the...

An interesting article on the use of M1 15W-50 in a Harley. It is a part 3 of a series of articles on the use of synthetics in Harleys. Thanks to Doyall for the link to the first two parts. http://www.fullthrottlewest.com/article.htm

An inverted emulsion is where the discontinuous phase (oil) makes a far larger percentage of overall mass than the continuous phase (water).
