Cellulose (paper) air filters don't have chemical treatments. Some are oiled, but other than normal curing of the media, there is no chemical treatment.
Maybe its just me, but I don't see how performing an oil analysis will help you determine if the air filter is efficient or not.

NOTHING has changed with the sale of us (and the rest of the After Market/Under Hood Group) to Cypress. We've always enjoyed operating pretty free from corporate intervention and continue to do so. All of our filters that have had silicone ADBV's continue to have them.
