    If it is easy to get to, I choose to drain the oil out of the filter mount. I have never had an issue getting the filter sealed back on properly. That is just the way I do it.

    Cut open a MicroGard the other day and construction was not like a WIX but it was sturdy and I was pretty impressed at the way it held up to a pretty tough OCI. (10-11k 1 year). Great deal.

    Looks good. The sample is 5100mi but it is not the factory fill right? Did you dump the FF immediately?
