Seems like this wouldn't be so difficult to do, but I do guess that much material would weigh quite a bit and it'd take some power to keep it up in the air.

It's also not supposed to be displayed horizontally or used for advertising and is only to be displayed free and aloft on the right front fender of a motorcar. All of which we ignore for sporting events.
