Steel or Aluminum?

Dumb question of the day...(you can laugh)

Reason: Ordering TPMS sensors. I gave the dealer my VIN and he gave me 42607-0C080. On ebay ebay here.

There are others sensors but different reference numbers, but probably depends on rims. I had stock rims (base grade) but got the new ones in pic now.
 
Get a magnet... apply. If it sticks its iron based steel. If it doesnt its probably al. There are non magnetic steels out there but... not usually in stock oem rims.
 
Unsprung weight ... don't see a manufacturer doing an investment casting of that detail in steel ...
Also, do not need that much bulk if steel ...

That's coated aluminum ...
