Rear Window Spoiler

Just bought a new rear window spoiler that will be held on by tape. Just wondering what outside temperature is best to install this? The spoiler already has the tape attached on receiving it and I ordered the 3M 94 . I live in Northern Indiana so I know it will be awhile before I go and do this.

It's suppose to be near 60F today.

The spoiler is here but the 3M 94 is not here yet, so it won`t happen today.I don`t want this thing breaking off.
