Mobil1 high mileage 5w20 pao content question??

M1 hm 5w20 seems to have a really high flash point of 244 c. I have not been able to find any data sheet to figure out its content. Anyone have any insights on its makeup.

Flash point can be influenced by additives as well as base stock. Besides, how is flash point related to performance in an engine?

You know ExxonMobil does not divulge that information, correct? Some reading of the tea leaves is possible from the PDS but that is it.

Thats why i posted to see if it is due to base stock or additive and was hoping someone had run across msds since i was unable to find one

It says 5-10% PAO...and contains ester.
