Michelin Opinion Needed

Sounds like me. Every now and again, I'll try another brand, one that appears to be rated good by CR and Tire Rack, etc. But in each case, I just wasn't happy with the tires. It often came down to something subjective, like they got noisy after a short while, or they hardened up severely in cold weather (and these were all season T-rated tires), etc. I keep returning to the big Bib.

I had a set of Michelin Primacy MXV4s on my BMW (which I no longer have). They are an outstanding tire, and while not cheap, are very highly rated on TireRack.com. I'm also liking the Yokohama AVID ENVigor (H rated), especially considering the price.

i am the second owner of a 06 lexus es330. the Michelin energies have 49,000 and are getting close to being time to replace. i just priced the primacy's 166.00 and the energies 186.90 each. quiet ride and comfort is the priority. it is my harley davidson so i want to take long care of this baby. after reading up on here, i think i will go with the primacy's.
