That engine is so clean you can't even see it.
my 1993 F-450 work truck. 7.3L IDI international naturally aspirated diesel
I can practically see the Heat radiate off that engine!!!

My cell phone camera isnt the best.
When I bought the Jeep 2 years ago. Its now nice and shiny.

Dirty it is. Hasn't been cleaned since the last time we went offroading. It's a good engine, if a bit weak for the vehicle it is powering.

They may be related, but the 2.5 came out before the 4.0 did.
