Once the AI slop started becoming prolific, I started downvoting the videos and then reporting it as Other “AI Slop”. I haven’t had any AI videos recommended in about four months now. Looks like the algorithm has me dialed in as not wanting AI videos.

Youtube has turned into a massive AI "garbage" distribution point. Man, did that happened quick. Tons and tons of information channels less then 2 to 6 months old, and spewing "garbage". You can't even surf it much, seems you can only rely on my old main channels. They even have the balls to use AI famous/semi famous people. I know AI Elon was advertising scam junky wall heaters will dubious claims. You would think he would have "a guy" looking for that daily and do a cease and desist order to Youtube as soon as it posted. There is not much you can do about it other then stay on your set channels.

You can blame YouTube itself for that. They push creators to make longer videos

Yea, who ever or what ever is behind it takes one or two pieces of good information that could be presented in 10 to 30 seconds and stretches it out to 45 to 60 minutes by filling the rest with garbage.

Its really bad. I won't watch that wase of time ai garbage. And the way they pretend that its some known person presenting it is getting to be a red flag that its click bate.

Looks like the old saying of: " If you really want to mess it up, use a computer to do it." Is totally correct.

Agree. It just seems as though people like hearing themselves talk. There was, (is), a guy called "Nut-N-Fancy" who could make a 45 minute video evaluating a rifle sling.

Even Hickock .45 tends to ramble on sometimes. I guess it happens to the best of them. Add all this A.I. crap into the equation, and this is what we end up with.
