'73 Monte Carlo with the seemingly bullet-proof 350 engine.

Great car, but I don't miss having to file the points on a regular basis to keep the performance in top shape.

(The driver's seat swiveled counter-clockwise towards the door, which eventually got banned years later.)

1986 Isuzu pickup. Ran but would not move. Worked for the guy for a week to pay for it, then fixed it (vacuum line issue) then drove it home. Ironically I wound up fixing the RMS, had to pull engine to do, and wound up driving truck for the next several months with... a vacuum line issue.

1993 Ford Probe GT. Loved that car.
Edit: The pic is actually a 95 with the twist wheels.

86 Mustang LX with the 2.3 and 4 speed. All of 88hp but a decent amount of torque. OK first car - reliable and not enough power to get into too much trouble. Upgraded along the way and now have 365, 260, and 460 hp at my disposal. And getting better fuel economy, more amenities, and much safer. My how times have changed.

'77 E-150 van with the 300 straight six my parents bought new when I was 5 years old. I had that van until 2002-ish when rust killed it.

Very similar to my first car: 1985 Escort Pony 1.9L with 4-speed manual trans.

69 Camaro 4 speed 307. Bought new. My auto 01 Sentra SE and o8 Forester auto would beat it. And now my 18 Forester turbo.....lol

1989 mazda 323 my mom bought new and handed down.

Idled at 3000-3500 RPM cold, some evil plot to warm the cat.

Got me interested in motor oil when the starter died at -7'F on conventional 10w30. It should have worked, but I wanted another layer of insurance so switched to Mobil 1 5w30. This was in the late 90s.

1992 Pontiac Bonneville. No AC, leather, no overdrive, and a bench seat in the front.

I had to replace the timing chain and H20 pump at the age of 17. I hired a family friend to help.

I loved that car. My friends and I had a great time in that thing.

Used 1967 Chevrolet Impala [283 V8] with ice cold factory A/C. Very reliable. It was a well maintained one owner. Took it cross country. Very little issues with it. I was very sorry I sold it.

This......'62 Bonnie ragtop. 389 V-8 & 4 speed auto.....1st was a "granny" to get the big tub moving. I was 20 years old and stationed at NAS Barbers Point (USN)
Rest assured that all bars in Honolulu were personally kept safe from the communist menace
