Why ruin a good steak with that garbage?

If you can't afford a good steak, then a decent demi glace is all you need.

"PR" has no idea what a decent steak is.

Oh no, that means you have never had a good steak.

Yeah, now that I think of it, when you get a steak at a place like Ruth Chris or Capital Grill, you don't use any sauce on it, it's good the way it's presented.

Like A1 to rescue one that got a little too done. Mostly none at all. 57 is almost like catsup to me. I like on it chicken sometimes. A little $$$ too I think.

Sauce Bearnaise and a pat of butter on med-rare Filet Mignon.

Drizzle of Hoy Fong California -grown Sriracha on Chicken cutlet and meatballs.

I've used A1 with some ketchup mixed in on bad steaks. Not the greatest.

I like Lee and Perrin's Worcestershire w/ a bit of Red's Gold on mashed, stewed chuck.

HP was sort of good till outsourced.

I too use A-1 in my meat loaf and burgers. And, you're correct about a steak. If it's grilled correct, there is no need for a steak sauce. But, A-1 is what I prefer.
