Your Favorite Bottle ?

Al, that is my complaint about RL. Nothing worse than $8/bottle oil burbling out of the bottle. It looks like the spout could be just cut off with a razor. It would be nice to have graduations on the side too, how does one pour 1/2 a quart?

Best design: 1 Gal Delo. Somebody was thinking there.

I don't like plastic 1 qt bottles that don't have the spout centered. Makes dump and leave impossible.

I tend to like the Amsoil square with fat center spout bottles, but boy the old white ones were bum-ugly. Silver ones are OK looking, I guess.

I always thought the Quaker State clear bottles were cool looking. I also like the Synteq bottles and Motorcraft bottles.

I prefer Crown Royal... especially Crown Special Reserve... oh sorry... I was looking at my fridge...

I always loved the QS clear bottles... I think they are all the same... RedLine quarts look really cheap. I do like the Mobil Clean line's rounded top, makes it easier to pour the exact amount of oil I want, rather than me tip the bottle over and have the oil in the main part of the bottle try and all come out via the little neck because of physics...

EDIT... i see someone has beat me to the alcohol bottle line....

Seems like the time I had to edit my message has elapsed. Another oil bottle I have always liked is the Royal Purple bottles. As far as the alcohol bottles I like the best would have to be Bud Ice, Rolling Rock and Grey Goose.

What? Judging oil by the bottle? Isn't that like judging a book by it's cover?!

If you really find one shape more convenient, Might be the final point is selecting between say Havoline and Shell. Personally, I find the 5 qt. bottles of Pennzoil the most convenient.

Apparently lots of people around here like the 5 qt. bottles of Havoline as well as Rotella T-Syn, since I can never find any of them....
