Young or old I wonder how most of the women I see driving got a license. Nothing more dangerous on the road than a female teenage driver( especially if she has female teenage passengers with her ), a soccer mom yaking on her cell phone tooting along in her SUV, or the old blue haired Grandma who can barely see over the dash. And yet, when matched up age for age, females have cheaper insurance rates?

The amazing thing is that this is such a rich vein of revenue for municipalities to harvest.
You would run out of ink writing tickets for people doing 15 mph over the limit on I-95.Aggressive driving passing on the inside.
Stream line the process and start racking in the money.

It's not legal, but it's the local convention and if you want to drive safely you need to be aware of local convention. I won't do it myself, but I am aware that most of the other drivers will do that and it's no longer a surprise. This allows me to be prepared to brake hard for these dipsticks who have no idea they're doing anything wrong.

There is a good 10 mile section of NY Route 9 through Malta, Ballston Spa, and Saratoga springs where you HAVE to turn left across 2 lanes of traffic to get going the other direction. That's the only way to do it. Most of this road

"Stupid Is As Stupid Does" - Forrest Gump

A new whole generation of drivers out there where the first steering wheel they ever touched was connected to a video game. They still think it is. That is, until they get in a really bad accident. . . .

When you paint the bullhorn down at the pavement and palm the mic in your lap, they don't know where the noise is coming from.

I was at an ATM once doing my thing when a lady behind me started honking from impatience. I got on the horn and informed her that honking would not speed things up. She turned to face the brick wall of the bank, thinking the announcement came from inside, and started screaming at them.

That is so true. the way people drive In pa is no joke. they speed like crazy, cut in front of people and run red lights and stop signs like their life depends on it.
