The OP is in Alberta. Mmo is unavailable in this country,and if it is I've never seen it. I've had to order mmo from the free nation south of us.
So the mmo idea likely isn't an option.
Why add mmo anyways? The oil is fine the way it is,unless the op is trying to clean something?

I'd leave it for 5K and consider a 0W20 for next winter, or just run 0W20 all year.

Last October I dumped the QSGB 5W-20 from my 2008 Ford Edge and put in Pennzoil Platinum 5W-20. The oil now has 5000 km (3100 miles) on it. Furthermore, the winter here has been very brutal so far and my vehicle has seen quite a few -35 C (-31 F) cold starts. I have been thinking about dumping this oil on the next fine day and putting in QSUD 5W-20 for the remaining of the winter. Should I just leave it for another 2000 km or change it?
Leave it in, the oil will be fine - but change the filter to a Purolator or Wix ASAP.

Change it only if you idle and short trip often. Condensation.

Yeah, I knew that I would probably be running this PP oil on an extended drain interval, so I didn't put on another orange can as I don't think they are viable for 7500 km OCI. In the spring when I go back to QSGB, I'll probably just use orange cans again.

I filled up today and while doing so I checked the oil. The oil is still up to the full level but is starting to turn a bit black, and had a tinge of that "used oil" smell to it, but you can still see the golden colour to it. I'll run it another 1000 km and see how things look then.
