Looks nice for an enthusiast. Fluids probably need to be replaced, tires probably as well.

Injectors cleaned due to the old gas in the tank for so long?

I wouldnt, especially for 25,000.00. It's a long shot that will be a true WANTED collector.

He's on dope if he thinks next year it will bring 50k. He hasn't been to barrett and seen what goes for 50k. I spent last week at BJ and know thats about a 20,000.00 high bid......if that.

I'll add a click-able link to make it easy on others;

If it is truely 950 miles, I wouldn't want to spoil it by adding more. I don't think I'd want a car I couldn't drive.....and, as DT said, I'm not sure it's worth $25k....they aren't THAT special!

I'm not convinced that will be a collector car. And take a look at what you can get for that price from the same era. Pretty much anything.

I wouldn't buy it for that price.

Just like the 454SS pickup, A LOT of these cars went right from the dealer to a garage. Clean ones with low miles are really not that uncommon, nor are they really worth that much.

This is a car for a SS fanatic, or someone with a lot of money to burn. Regular '94-'96 Caprices can have the LT1 too, so you can build a car that is faster than this one for a fraction of the price.

One thing that concerns me is that they only replaced the battery. If I were buying that car I would get all of those 14 year old fluids out of there ASAP.

Eh send it to Cash for Clunkers!

No don't do that, but seriously although its a very appealing car, I'm not sure its worth $25K. It does get bonus points for being a '96 though.

This dreamer needs to take it to Barrett Jackson. But with a price of $4 million, he's obviously not very interested in selling it.

Putting something on eBay apparently inflates its value exponentially.

They need to get whoever appraised that Charger to appraise the Ram Van and 944 too...those have to be worth at least a half mil combined.

Have it accessed. Book value is around $6000. 950 mi makes it a very desireable SS. I always wanted one just like it but not practical for my economic status.

When I sold cars we would say "There's an A** for every seat." Lets see if that applies here at the end of the auction.

A '96 with 50,000 miles sold at Barrett-Jackson last week for $13,200. This car is almost double that.

What will the new owner do with it? He can't drive it. Every mile driven will cost him dearly. It's still a depreciating asset, not a collector's item.

The guy selling it appears to be a car broker. He hasn't sold a car on e-bay since 2006.

Apparently he has turned down offers:

He wants 4 million and it has rust around the build plate and low washer fluid......I think not.

I'm confused as to how it got 950 miles on it if it went straight from the dealer's truck into this guy's garage??
