$8 for a brand new arm rest? And it's from Hong Kong... Avoid. Even with a 98.8% feedback I'd stay away.
Keep looking, you should be able to find a nice used one that isn't too expensive and isn't from a sketchy seller. That's what I did with my Explorer. I got a used arm rest in perfect condition for something like $25.
