WRONG!

My brother had a house in Massachusetts where the previous owner had gone off into the woods and shot himself. They never had any supernatural related issues. The electrical skills of the previous owner did haunt them a bit...

I agree that is bizarre to leave the bloody on the floor.

Or the person trying to sell the house not to clean up the bio hazard, dried blood and brain matter on carpet.

There HAS to be health code regulations in every state about that though. I don't think you can leave brain matter and dried blood everywhere...

That's considered a bio-hazard AFAIK...

The first house that I bought, the PO had hung himself in the attic stair well.

The Realtor did not divulge that information.

Not that I really cared, but I might have bid lower.

What supernatural stuff? What does that even mean?

I think there is a site where you can search all that - at least in the United States, but I imagine Canada as well...

Mediums are either mentally off....or lying.

Absolutely ZERO scientific evidence provided that dead people are anything else but...DEAD.

You simply can't say "WRONG" because of your opinion....or because you call yourself a "medium".

Reminds me of that shyster "medium" lady on TV with the big blond hair. What a charlatan!

There's a farmhouse by my parents where a murder 30 years ago. The house (and land) is on the market and sold every 5 or 6 years. Someone buys it, repeats the cycle.

Ummm, ghosts...? Tormented souls...? The devil lurking...?

We had a mass murder just last week... 7 people murdered in same house. Not sure I'd buy that one...

Very strange. We ended up getting another relator and I told her about that and she said she knew about it. A lot of the realtors wouldn't even show the house. The owner the father, said he wasn't dealing with it-period. Buy it as is, or he would just keep it. The land was worth more than the house. The relators weren't going to put money in a house that didn't belong to them, so that's the way it stood. I guess you cant really force someone to clean their property, it belongs to him, if he sells it as is, its just that. You deal with it.

They're mostly frauds using basic "cold reading" techniques...

I know...they make me sick. They prey upon the emotionally devastated.

In my opinion...since they are indeed FRAUDS...they shouldn't be allowed to make money off of lying to people.

“Faith” designates blind acceptance of a certain ideational content, acceptance induced by feeling in the absence of evidence or proof.

Evidently. That's the problem.

Believing is faith-based. In the presence of evidence, you don't have to believe, because you know.
