Would you all like to see ISO 4548-12 Oil Filter Lab Testing Comparison, Efficiency & Capacity, Pressure vs Flow, Bubble Point, and Burst?

in the bubble point video it does look like that design
The non-wire backed Ultra wasn't even for sale in Dec 2020.

This is from his bubble point video ... I can tell just by looking at the pink pleats that it's the wire backed Ultra.

Now I wonder where the Fram Endurance falls into this as I believe it is their highest rated filter now.

So after reading all these pages, it seems his price came down from $2,000 to $400 per filter, correct?

$400 seems very fair. Did a Go Fund Me get created?

Fram Endurance is likely same as Royal Purple.

My unscientific (not controlled) finding is the Fram Endurance filter rendered a lower particle count. In the last three vehicle analyses I obtained, the two that were running Amsoil EaO filters had a much higher >4 micron reading than the one vehicle running a Fram Endurance. Popular opinion here is that Amsoil, Fram, & possibly RP filters are all made by Champion labs, & therefore identical.

The c&p’s here have shown all three to be identical appearance wise.

IIRC, Whip City Wrencher cut up a few similar filters & everything was identical except the media had different color markings on it. I presume that means each product line has its own specifications, including media. So just because they look identical, doesn't necessarily mean they perform identically.

I agree. That’s why I said appearance wise. We’d have to look at the ISO test results to compare for sure.
