What are your cholesterol numbers?

I take Niacin and small amounts of alcohol to boost my HDL. It works.

236 for cholesterol. So Sunday afternoon i did my 5-6 hour drive.M legs were somewhat tired after i finished the trip.In the morning,I could barely get out of bed!! My heels hurt a lot and i could barely bend my knees! This was probably worse than when it started. Around 12, i took some Motrin and that really helped a lot. It's around 7:50pm now and i still have relief. So it's my long distance driving i guess.

Total cholesterol alone is useless, as not all cholesterol is bad. You need to find out what is your good cholesterol (HDL) and bad cholesterol (LDL) and the ratio.

Motrim will help if there is some inflammation. You may have some form of arthritis. Fish oil supplement is also great for inflammation.
