Just received this 57356xp from Amazon and I found the baseplate to be rusted. Just wow

I haven’t been a Wix fan in 10 years but that was probably stored in a damp place. I personally wouldn’t use it. C&P candidate.

Any rust on the center tube? Could be rust inside the can too. I'd send it back. I'd call Amazon customer service and explain the situation if the don't do a free return.

By the end of the day, wages of the person on the phone, the truck drivers, the ware house expenses, the fuel, insurance, vehicle maintenance, and not even including your time on the phone...

it'll be a $110 filter.

I was at a customer service line waiting to buy a money order at a grocery store, and some old lady in front of me was waiting to return 1 tomato with a small dark spot on it.

More than likely if he messages the seller on Amazon they will just send a replacement or refund

It was a joke of how far I've seen people go to make such small value turn into an investment.

She should of just trash canned the tomato instead of attempting to risk a head on collision driving not only to the store, but again to ask for her 50cent refund after taking her blood pressure medication.

Can do a return on Amazon's website and see what direction it takes. They may just send a new one and let you keep the old one, or will allow you to return it free if it had free returns. I have a UPS store 5 min from my house so it's easy for me to do Amazon returns. Maybe not so easy for others.
