I got a response from them yesterday, they asked for the store info and my car's info and model of filter. No further responses.

Talked to the rep. Nothing special, two minute conversation of drop it off and pick up another one.

I know this patient was older... And had a orthopedic surgery... That happens. A lot.

But 50 mgs of morphine given... People not getting the right concentration of medication was a big issue in that circumstance. It should have been 5 mgs of morphine. Given every 8 hours.

In the past twenty years a lot has changed in how doctors write orders. Now most of it is computerized.

I used to see orders written as 5.0 mg for example. That is a huge no no now.
