The inside of my windshield continues to get fouled by the outgassing/evaporation of the protectant I use on my dash. Presently using Vinylex - and during the heat of the day the windshield just gets nastier and nastier. Seems like If I cleaned the glass on a weekly basis it probably wouldn't be too often.

However as we all know getting and keeping the inside of the windshield clean is a pain - even without the presence of the protectant.

I wonder what product out there causes the least fouling?

I have had no "fouling" while using 303 Aerospace. My windshield interior usually only needs a cleaning once a month or so.

Perhaps it has something to do with the presence of plasticizers? Vinylex indicates that it can help rejuvenate aged materials which is all fine and dandy - just leave my glass alone!

Me neither, been using on my 83 Silverado's dash since I bought it new and the dash still looks new
