Why the Giant Pennzoil Pop-up???

There is a giant Pennzoil pop-up that blocks half my screen - how do I make it go away???

The little "CLOSE" button doesn't close it, and I can't see either the post I'm trying to read, or what I'm typing, if I'm responding to a post...

Happens to me too. The "windowshade" gets stuck.

These threads are getting locked left and right in favor of this one.
