There's a few brands of 10w-40 FSyn High Milage. There is conventional 50wt High Milage. But not full synthetic 50 wt with seal swellers anywhere to be found. Would think someone would do a run of full synthetic 50 and dump some sweller in it. I search once every few years, have never seen it.
Why is there no "Hi Milage" 15w-50 full synthetic?

Auto Parts sell numerous High Mileage Oil Treatments. Buy a bottle and add it to your Mobil-1 15w50 oil change.

Just get any 15w50 and put one of those additives in. That's what HM oil is anyway, with small doses of that stuff.
I know the Mustangs with the 2.3L ecoboost recommend it but only for track day use, not normal everyday driving. I have seen it also called out for use in Marine Engines but once again, a narrow application use.
I think a commercial "HM" variant oil for 15W-50 is a bit too niche for a niche grade anyways.

GM used to call for it on both LT1, LT4 and LT5 when being used on track. That was slightly revised as optional, but in 2019 they were still calling for it on the LT5 during track usage.

In Australia we have Castrol GTX 15W50 High Mileage.
But that is not synthetic? See title of thread.
