only one I can find is by Reed and is like $60 or more...need an extra long 7/8" 6 point socket...need it for a special bolt/nut..a standard deepwell does not come close...anyone have a source they can pass on...usual places say they have no idea where to get one ie NAPA, Lowes, Home Depot, HF, graingers, fasteners etc...

22 mm is only 0.009 inches smaller than 7/8. 22 mm = 0.866 inches, 7/8 inch = 0.875 inches.

Maybe if the 22 mm does not fit, take about 0.005 inch off of each side of the nut with a milling macheine, or even something else like a belt sander, or file.

If you have a micrometer, or a dial-caliber, measure the distance between flats.

If not, if you have a 22 mm 6 point closed or a 22 mm open end wrench, try it on that nut and your know if you'll have to slightly modify the nut to use the 22 mm socket.

the bolt is 22.3mm 22mm will not fit tried two different 22mm wrenches and 22mm socket.

Seems like might only be 5" OAL? Specs claim 12.7" cm and Rufus says 4.4" which might be interior depth of a 5" OAL?

OP if you want cheap and don't need full broach, lop off the sq drive end, section in some pipe and weld it back up. You could also cut the sq drive off one socket and slap another on top of it, but you'd need to align the interior hex over a coupling nut before welding.

GP is impressive. I emailed them with a tech question and they responded right away with an answer. I asked how thick of a bolt would pass thru the socket up to the drive section and they answered right away

Just be advised that if you buy Grey Pneumatic from an unauthorized reseller, like Amazon, you'll get no warranty. It's clearly spelled out in their warranty terms.
