Who makes Proline 5w-20? (Pep Boys)

Noticed the Proline 5w-20 (synthetic blend) yesterday at Pep Boys. The regular price is 1.19, and the sale price occassionally gets it down to 49cents a quart. Might be a great deal if this is the Conoco formula (Motorcraft).

I searched the VOA's, etc but didn't get a hit.

Any Proline or Pep Boy experts who want to offer an opinion?

I've been told that it is Quaker State. Does anyone know anything different?

I believe it WAS Quaker State a few years ago but now it could be Quaker State or anyone else. I don't remember seeing that it met the Ford spec or that it was approved for Honda's on the label and because of that I would't use it. I think the Ford spec insures that it is a very good oil.
