Who makes Mototech?

I did a search on who makes "Mototech" oil but the board never had an answer. Does anybody know what company makes this oil? On the back it just states that it is distributed by inter-american products, out of Ohio. I live in the Northwest and out here the oil is found in Fred Meyer stores. I think I saw it being sold somewhere else as well, but I forgot where.
