Who makes Mototech oil??

Anyone ever heard of Mototech oil? They had it on sale at Kroger for 2.67 a quart. Some old post on here indicated it was a Warren oil. I bought a quart for a neighbors lawnmower and this is what the bottom of the quart looks like. No WPP or WNE on the label. Any Ideas?

Last I remember, it was warren performance (wpp)....

This is what I recall also. But WPP purchases a calcium/sodium detergent package and mototech has a calcium detergent package.
