White Vehicle??

White is a nice color but it doesn't get a lot of respect. When I am in the white car other cars are more agressive toward me. When I drive the dark blue, it is a different story. I have seen the difference time and time again.
Interesting. I have been getting cut off or flat out intentionally nearly run off the road with concerning frequency since I got the Jetta. I thought it was because it was a smaller car. Never thought about color.

Love White too; plus all the shades of white out there

Nice! Red is not very common and is considered particularly desirable amongst Arteon owners. The SE will be well optioned but not overloaded.
I hear 300hp for 2022

Why do you think that is?

No Jim I would not lol. To me color is one of the most important things. Actually probably 3rd or 4th on the list but still important. If I do get a white car there better be a guarantee that white wall or white letter tires are available for it. And if there is the dealer would have to swap the tires to those for me to buy it. Last white car we had was my dads 1986 Toyota truck I do miss it but it was rusted and people kept offering money for it so he sold it. All it needed was transmission synchronizers.

People just wont let you have your stuff will they??

White is a passive neutral color. Black is a more authoritative color. Think FBI.
You believe that? ( not negative)
My last white car was a 1997 and honestly I don't remember that kind of stuff. Interesting. Anyone else?

Last month when I was in Palm Coast Florida buying shady property next to scum bags I do not remember many white cars at all.
Only my ex fiancée had a white Rogue where I was brutalized for hours with no escape. Of course that thread was locked...lol

I guess it is what majority of people want these days. I certainly don’t want any of that lol. I need real keys, blue cars and white walls still. I do see a lot of white cars though but mainly SUV types. I really don’t think they hold resale any different. Well maybe they do I don’t know lol. I just know I see a lot more white phones than I do cars.

Yes colors do make a difference. Google meaning of colors. Black and dark blue indicate power, authority and awe. Red indicates energy which is why red cars have a higher likelihood of being pulled over for speeding. Blue represents peace and serenity and on and on.

“The color of compromise and control. Gray is neutral, conservative, and unemotional it is practically solid as a rock, making it incredibly stable, reliable, and calming. It has a peaceful, relaxing and soothing presence. Gray avoids attention but offers mature, insightful advice to anyone who asks.”

Welp… my truck is gray, and that’s pretty accurate for the most part. My wife has a love/hate relationship with my “who cares. Don’t worry about it everything will be fine” attitude vs her more “people pleaser” attitude.

My previous Jeep was gray, and one thing I noticed was that nobody could see it. I always got pulled out in front of or almost hit so many times. My BMW is white, and while it wouldn't have been my first choice when I got it, I have to say it's growing on me.

Here it is on Tail of the Dragon in June 2019:

I have noticed that happening more, but my coworker with a metallic red version of my truck has it happen just about as often.

That bmw is gorgeous though!

Would you buy a new vehicle in white??

I only ever bought one and it was a 97 Dodge Stratus 5 spd.
Back in '99 I bought a brand new Ford Ranger in white. It was alright but I never really felt like it looked clean when it wasnt. It seemed like it always showed any kind of dirt, especially during winter with all of the dirt from snow and slush.
I dont know that I would get another white vehicle, unless it was a Bronco. To me, white just screams, "rental".

We on our second white one. First was the 1986 Chevy Monte Carlo SS I bought wife when she graduated (2nd time) from college. Now we driving a Pearl White Honda Accord EXL. Like the white ones a lot. First photo was how '86 Monte looked. Second is like the wife's current 2018. Third is the actual 18 year old Honda Accord Exl we traded in for the white one. Had 180,000mi and like Eveready Bunny still going and going.... The "Silver Bullet" still had flawless factory paint on it.
