Are those the ones that look like glossy gray primer? Suddenly those are everywhere! Now, What is it with all the charcoal and ash grey cars lately?
Take good care of it. GM black paint isn't the best in my experience.Absolutely most definitely.
I've owned red, green, silver, white, black, brown, blue and white/silver holds up super well over time and is by far the best color to own for low maintenance life. Doesn't easily show scratches, dents, dings and fade.
Take it through the automatic car wash and you'd be hard press to find scratches a few feet away but with black you're screwed. I'll never take a new black vehicle through an automatic car wash ever again after my first experience. I do that with white and silver all the time with no issue.
I didn't know to take care of my new black 97 f150 but this time around with my 21 escalade I'm being more careful. I hand wash and wax it properly which i kind of loathe but better to loathe the work than loathe the damage and cost to get it professionally fixed.
I agree and I bought an older red Ferrari in 2000White is my color of choice , unless I was to buy a Ferrari [ I wouldn't waste my $$$ though] then it would be Red. Ferraris look best Red.
As a used car buyer I usually just get what I get (best value at the time)I currently have a white Honda, notorious for poor paint quality. White isn't generally my first vehicle color choice, but it does look sharp on certain applications. For instance, white was our second to last choice when purchasing my wife's Jetta.
I’ve had so many white carsI used to not like white cars, but now it's one of my favorite colors. A good looking car really stands out when it's painted white. Bonus, it's generally a very durable color.
I'm fighting the urge.Gorgeous Arteon there Zee.... white is one if the best colors for it IMO>
Yes I'd buy white, I just did in fact. It's my first white car, I've always thought it was sharp on some cars and way too vanilla on others.
Did you flip and buy an Arteon on me or just teasing agian?
I hate when white yellows...I despite white cars that are pearl white - they look dull to me and are difficult to match on repaints.
White also shows tar deposits more than other colors. But it is a safe color to buy from a resale standpoint.
