Which music artist would be your choice to come back

John Denver for me (cut me some slack, LOL). He had numerous humanitarian and environmental programs in place. A number of his less commercialized songs contain good messages. Unfortunately, he suffered flaws and afflictions that many creative people get caught up in.

I’d say jimmi Hendrix by far, he was amazingly talented. Even if not a fan just watch him live on YouTube. A lot of it is very raw but you still see just amazing talent. Also Staley and Cobain.

I was thinking over all the music artists that have committed suicide, drug overdose, killed by someone and trying to figure out which one would be my favorite to come back from the dead. Many have died at 27 years old. There is something about "27". There are many that had drug addictions and could have easily slipped over the edge.

Anyway my favorite to come back and continue his music would be Jimmy Hendrix.

I am of the age where I was issued a draft card (1H) so I was around when Hendrix was playing.

My two top picks would both likely turn down the opportunity. They would be Frank Zappa and Chris Cornell. So then it would have to be Buddy Holly. Music today might be a lot different today if he hadn't passed.
