Which is better? Valvoline MaxLife HM or Valvoline Advance Synthetic?

As the title states, which one is the higher grade for protection? Valvoline Full Synthetic High Mileage or Valvoline Advance Synthetic?

Both are quality products, flip a coin.

These oils both meet Dexos gen 2 and API SP so they are equal in expected performance.

Both are very good oils to run.

I believe they both are same oil (if not almost similar) with Maxlife has some extra seal conditioners, if you do not have oil burn and oil leak issues, I say you do not need MaxLife, many people out there prefer to use HM oils after their engine has racked up 100K+ miles, I do not subscribe to that unless warranted....

For consumption issues, red bottle Maxlife works better in my experience and from reading other posts on here via trustworthy people.
