No. While the skeletons are the same Champ labs stuff, the filter media differ, reflecting the marketing goals of the particular brand. Are you looking for unexceptional performance but good overall, high flow, or maximum filtration?quote:

Don't be so sure that the AC filter you are getting today is anything like the last one you looked at. Since GM spun off their parts making group (Delphi) and Delphi no longer makes all, or maybe not even most of the AC branded filters. One never really knows anymore what will be in a given AC oil filter box. There are reports of mysterious Mexican made filters and more. GM is on a big cost saving push.quote:
