Which fast food places seem to care about being clean?

My experience is that Starbucks is where you go when you want food that has not been mishandled, and processed by thugs.
I should have named this thread "Which fast food places are SANITARY"
You know the people handling the food than don't scratch their heads or touch any food with out washing hands after doing other chores.
Even opening packages or what ever, food handling needs to be equivalent to working as a surgeon.
Clean ? I can't stand it when they are worrying about sweeping the floors in any area in the kitchens or eating areas, because all they do is generate the dust and particles that will get into the food. Yeah I should be an inspector for those places, I'd probably shut them all down. I think sanitary food handling died when the WW2 generation retired in the day.
Too many give a rip ones in the food industry now.
By clean I meant SANITARY, GERM CONSCIOUS, and they all should be dressed like the folks that work in electronic chip manufacturing, one spec of dust not allowed there. They wear literal space suits.
