I found oil similar to Bullseye at a valero last night...in my own back yard.

Sorry about digging up an old thread, i have found a bad product i have actually used.

Roadtech Muti ATF, bought it at a wawa due to having an almost empty P/S Pump, and i actually just finished it off, before even seeing that. I flushed the system with it and pennzoil P/S fluid via the turkey baster sucking it out method.

People can't resist bashing FRAM or Lucas because it makes them feel part of a special club, just like bashing certain makes of cars or Windows Vista or stuff like that.

Complaining about something unique requires effort and an opinion, so expect more people giggling like teenage girls about how clever it is bashing FRAM, which is one of the most outdated jokes I hear among car enthusiasts.

People have the right to their opinion on FRAM. And FRAM could easily put it all to rest by simply no longer using cardboard in their oil filters...
is an orange colored oil filter really so dangerous that it is to be called the orange can of DEATH? maybe.
That cheap non detergent Accel stuff sold at Wal-Mart is some pretty awful oil. Even though they also carry regular multi grade Accel oils at Wal-Mart that carry the API Starburst I still have a hard time thinking of it as anything but a poor product.
IMO Z-Max can also be added to the list. Big SCAM IMO.

random thoughts: in the past i have used fram orange oil filters for over 1 million miles on three different vehicles; i once put zmax in a V8 chevy siverado and within 15 minutes it felt like i was running 100 octane fuel; bring back raylube! tribology will wear you out, man.
Alot of them in the cheapo gas station/car wash snack shops in queens county, nyc.

Accel is the same guys who make the SuperTech brand for WalMart. They make Mag1 too. I will say that Wpp/Wne makes a solid oil. The SA/SB stuff is for air compressors.
