Where to find Mobil Velocite 4

Hi everyone,
Looking for a small bottle of one of these to oil the spindle cones of my watchmakers lathe.
Here in Europe I only found a 20 L bin. This stuff seems to be similar to hydraulic oil, just very very thin.
I would not know how to search for an equivalent available in Europe..

I’ve edited the title - since you’re not talking about the oil but asking where to find it in smaller quantities.

My own Google search revealed only 20L options for this exact product.

I am afraid I am not much help when it comes to equivalents, but perhaps someone here knows more about lathe spindles.
