Where can I get a Carrier 333710-751 fast and legit?

Bravo, @Rand!

You saved yourself several hundred dollars by repairing it yourself and as BITOG regular, I am certain that your workmanship exceeded the HVAC technician's quality.

Based on what????

There are many excellent technicians out there... no need to slam a whole trade group because a guy saved some money.
There were a couple in this thread that were offering to let him use their accounts.

Not disparaging your profession at all, KJS. Like you said, some of the HVAC pros here offered to help the OP which reflects the best of what the BITOG community represents. My sincere apologies if you took it as an insult.

My praise was for the typical quality obsessive, detail oriented, perfectionist mentality of the average BITOG member found on this board. I have been here long enough to recognize that @Rand would not accept anything less of himself than performing a quality installation.

Aprox 600$. Cost installed was 1100 which includes 98 diag fee

So I paid 385. Vs 1000

I sell pallets of those inducers and can tell you that the bearings are not of adequate quality. I would get a spare off ebay to swap out. These last 3 years or so. Others usually last 7 to 10 and lately since about 2015 most can hardly live 10 full years without bearing failure.

There was once a time sold more ignitors than inducer assemblies. Now hands down the inducers outsell just about any winter service part.

My complaints about HVAC is the cost. No complaints about the quality of the work done. I find HVAC more difficult and complicated than car repairs. But I'm learning.

Labor cost for all trade groups will rise.
There are not many young people interested in doing the work.

About 6 months ago I was offered $85pr hour...for part time work.
Quite a bit more than I was making when I retired.
I've read adds that advertise up to $100.

I live in SE TX where things are generally less expensive.
