What's this battery fit and are there adapters to fit regular battery cables?

This was in one of my Honda Insights and whoever installed it just distorted the battery cable ends by squeezing them to secure it to the battery posts. The posts are half the size of regular batteries as shown by the regular cable end on the left. Are there adapters that would let me use this battery with the original cables? What does this battery fit originally. Online search mentions Prius and they are over $200 for such a small battery. I'd just as soon sell it for a fraction of that if they are worth that much.

Do you need the battery to crank the engine or just boot the computers? I retrofitted my prii with the $60 35Ah AGM deep cycle they sell for solar charging at harbor freight. IDK what it has for cranking amps, I've never asked that of it.

How close is a group 51?

Just for the computers. Not much else use for it so rather use it in something while it's still good.

Stick it on craigslist for some thrifty prius owner. I wouldn't ask it to start cranking something heavy over.

Hope "2007-11" isn't a date code.
