Whats inside the K&N HP-2009?

I was browsing filters and noticed the K&N HP-2009 for my application can be had for about $10 with free shipping at this one site. Does anyone know about the media inside this particular model and how it would compare to the Pureone 20195s i use now?

Its a good filter, but I wouldnt spend $10 on it. You can get a WIX or PureOne for almost 1/2 that.

I called and talked to the hotline at champ today they transfered me to the engineers there. They said that K&N and Mobil 1 are both cellulose synthetic blend media about the olny difference is the nut on top of the K&N.

Interesting web site. For every manufacturer I typed in IE: Nissan the Altima did not show up. For Toyota the Camry filter is not listed, no Camry model listed

I would, of course in the grand scheme of things 10 dollars isn't that much.

I use K&N all the time on my Honda...pretty much the same price as other premiums and something to grab hold of to boot!
